That being said, however, for many engineers, acoustics may be a new field to them; conversely, acousticians may not be familiar with how certain concepts are implemented in a finite element software program. This book provides an in-depth and practical guide on performing acoustic and vibroacoustic simulations using ANSYS Mechanical.

The theory of the acoustic problem is presented and then implemented in MATLAB® code, which is included with this book.
